Please ensure that you order the correct sizes and colours at the time of ordering as once goods are personalised they cannot be returned.
If you do wish to return an item, email us at email@example.com , indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, and the reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement or refund. Once we have this and a decision has been made on the acceptance of returns, we can send you back a good return note which must accompany all returns
Remember to include all your contact details. Items cannot be returned once they have been personalised.
If an item is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 15 days of delivery.
Shortages need to be notified in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 36 hours of delivery
Change of Mind
Products returned to us because you have changed your mind must be in perfect re-saleable condition, and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the items, restocking fees of 20% of the original price may apply
NOTE:-We therefore cannot accept a return if the product has been personalised and the order has been fulfilled correctly.
